At Raweer, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make the return process as simple and transparent as possible.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

Returns must be initiated within 100 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at Info@raweer.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you detailed return instructions and the return address.

3. Carefully pack the items and send them back using a reliable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important Return Conditions

✔️ Clean Condition Required

Items must be returned clean and undamaged.

A 25% processing fee will be deducted from your refund if the item is returned in unclean condition, to cover professional cleaning costs.

❌ Return Rejection Scenarios

Returns will not be accepted if:

The product is used, worn, damaged, or misused.

Parts, attachments, or original tags are missing.

Packaging (box, plastic wrap, or storage case) is damaged or missing.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item:

Return your item for a refund.

Place a new order for the product you want.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at Info@raweer.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
